We use a phased approach to our projects. This ensures the customer is well informed and has continued interraction during the design, development, and deployment of a project.

Phase 1: The Consultation

The initial meeting which is held via phone or in person is primarily about brainstorming and flushing out a project profile. Our goal is to understand your business needs and audience. We also have a questionaire that we ask all clients to fill out which helps to answer more details about the project requirements. After the meeting you will receive a prepared Project Scope outlining each phase and the estimated timelines.

The package will include:

• Project Scope
• Work Order with Pricing
• Items List
• Contract

After receiving your package you will need to sign and fax/email back the Work Order along with the Contract signature page before we can begin work.

Phase 2: Design

In order to start the design of your project, we will use the information gathered during the consultation and from the questionnaire. If you already have a design in mind or have seen elements somewhere else that you like, let us know and we will work to create something similiar. Once we have completed the layout we ask that you review it for any final changes.

Phase 3: Development

At this stage, we are ready to put all the pieces together. You can review the Items List that was included in your package and verify that you have sent all of the required materials. We will also verify your domain and hosting information. If you have purchsed the hosting option, we will register your domain and set up the hosting at this time.

Phase 4: Site Walk-thru

After you site is completed, we will post it on our domain where you can log in and review it. After you review it, if you have any corrections we will make them. Once we receive final approval, the site will be posted to the internet under your domain.

Phase 5: Maintenance

Once your site is up and running you will have 30 days of free support. We will answer any questions about features and fix any problems within this free period. Additional work or enhancements are not included. After the 30 day period you have the option of maintaining your site or you can purchase one of our maintenance packages.
